Bahan - Bahan Untuk Memasak Tomyum

  1. Kamu membutuhkan 6 Siung bawang merah.
  2. Sediakan 8 Siung bawang putih.
  3. Sediakan 4 Batang sereh (geprek).
  4. Persiapkan 10 Lembar daun jeruk.
  5. Siapkan 1 Ruas lengkuas.
  6. Sediakan 2 Lembar daun salam.
  7. Persiapkan 1 sdm Chili Pasta (saya pakai Maepranom Thai Chili Pasta).
  8. Persiapkan 1 Buah jeruk nipis/lemon (ambil airnya) kalau tidak ada boleh cuka 1sdm.
  9. Sediakan 2 Batang daun bawang.
  10. Sediakan 500 ml kaldu udang (saya buat dari kulit udang atau kepala udang kemudian di simpan difreezer begitu mau dipake bisa dicairkan).
  11. Siapkan secukupnya Garam.
  12. Persiapkan 1 sdt saus tiram.
  13. Kamu membutuhkan Secukupnya gula pasir.
  14. Siapkan 1 sdm minyak ikan.
  15. Persiapkan Bahan isian.
  16. Sediakan 1/4 Ayam fillet.
  17. Sediakan 1/4 Udang segar.
  18. Siapkan Bakso ikan.
  19. Sediakan Jamur enoki.
  20. Persiapkan Pakcoy.
  21. Persiapkan Bihun.

Cara Memasak Tomyum

  1. Panaskan minyak, masukan bawang yang sudah diiris dan tumis hingga harum..
  2. Masukan ayam fillet yang sudah dipotong-potong, daun salam, serai, lengkuas kemudiam masukan kaldu udang 500ml dan didihkan.
  3. Masukan chili pasta, kecap ikan, saus tiram, masukan udang (pastikan mendidih agar tidak amis), bakso ikan dan daun jeruk, garam, gula dan jangan lupa test rasa..
  4. Terakhir matikan kompor masukan potongan daun bawang perasan jeruk nipis/lemon atau cuka (disesuaikan dengan selera ya). Selamat mencoba ❤️.
