Cara Memasak Chicken Tom Yam Udon

  1. Seperti biasa geprek dulu bawang putih lalu cacah kecil2, ini buat yg males ngulek sih yaa haha.
  2. Potong2 tipis bawang bombay, cabai rawit.
  3. Tumis bawang putih, dan bawang bombay di wok sampai harum.
  4. Masukkan air ke wok (yg ada tumisan bawang putih tadi), tambahkan totole/garam.
  5. Masukkan ayam. Jadi sekaligus nungguin air mendidih kita ngerebus ayamnya jg yaa.
  6. Masukkan pasta tom yum biar bumbunya jg ngeresap di ayamnya. Di foto aku ga pake paste yg biasanya, jadi warnanya kurang merah gt ya kayanya. Biasanya aku pake paste yg ini yaa.
  7. Kalau ayam sudah empuk, peras/masukkan jeruk nipis dan bakso.
  8. Oiya cabai rawit pilihan sih mau dimasukin dr awal bareng ayam atau di akhir aja. Makin cepet masukinnya kuahnya makin berasa pedesnya ✌.
  9. Dicoba dulu ya teman2 rasanya udah pas belum, sesuai selera masing2 aja buat kecut/asam asin pedasnya. Bisa jg kasih gula dikit untuk penyedapnya.
