- Seduh ebi dengan air panas. Rendam kembang tahu dan jamur kuping..
- Haluskan ebi dan semua bumbu kecuali sereh, salam, daun jeruk dan jeruk nipis..
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
- Tambahkan gula merah dan garam.
- Tambahkan air secukupnya dan air perasan jeruk lemon/nipis..
- Saring kuah tomyam. Lalu masukkan baso ikan salmon, baso lobster, chikuwa dan kembang tahu yg sudah direndam air..
- Terakhir masukkan sayuran, jamur kuping dan jamur enoki.
- Masak sampai air mendidih, angkat dan sajikan..
