  5. Masukkan udang, cumi, dan jamur merang.
  6. Masukkan daun jeruk, asam jawa, perasan jeruk lemon, & cabai rawit merah (cabai rawit bisa juga dihaluskan).
  7. Tambahkan garam, gula, minyak ikan, & penyedap.
  8. Masak sampai semua matang dan koreksi rasa.
  9. Bisa ditambahkan daun ketumbar biar lebih sedap (saya ga pake 😬).
